Car Rental doo company with its registered office at Milutina Milankovića 27, 11070 Belgrade, company registration number: 20128003, tax identification number: 104246466, is a holder of the AVIS license for the territory of the Republic of Serbia and, on this occasion, is informing its customers/users about the processing of their personal data. Data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, which ensures adequate protection of personal data. We collect only the necessary, basic information about our customers/users (first and last name, e-mail address and contact phone) for business, in accordance with good business practices, for the purpose of acting on the customer's/user's request: informing customers/users (making offers) according to the inquiry, informing customers/users about the current status of the case and informing customers/users about the services we provide based on their consent.

We keep the data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, the existence of the request, or until the moment when the customer/user voluntarily cancels the Consent for Information. Revocation of consent will not affect the admissibility of processing performed on the basis of consent prior to revocation.
